We are now able to offer scholarships to families in Washington County through the Early Childhood Equity Grant and the African American Black Student Success Grant! Both grants are to help increase the access that African American/African descent have to our high quality, 5 stars rated early education programs.

We believe that all children have the right to high quality, culturally relevant early education regardless of their parents’ income. Interested in our programs, feel free to apply for our scholarships below!

Scholarship qualifications:

  • African or African American or Child identifies as a person of color

  • Receive state assistance (Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, SSI, etc)

  • Foster child

  • Income lower than the living wage for the Portland Metro area

  • ERDC or denied with less than 400% FPL

  • Children 2 months to 12 years eligible.

  • Paying more than 10% AGI in early education tuition.
